CLEAR THE PATH
FROM FIRST CALL TO PAID JOB.
FieldFlow installs a trades-first operating system for local trades and service shops.
A simple, repeatable way to reduce waste, improve visibility, and run the work without adding more software.
ALREADY HAVE TOOLS?
Good. FieldFlow Fits Around How Your Shop Works.
A lot of shops already have something in place.HouseCall Pro. Jobber. QuickBooks. Google Sheets. Paper. Texts. Memory. But if calls, jobs, invoices, and follow-up are still hard to see or harder than they should be to move, it may be worth taking a closer look at how work flows through your shop.FieldFlow is installed around how your shop works, not the other way around.
WHEN THE WORK OUTGROWS THE HANDOFFS
Paper piles up.
Texts stack up.
Quotes wait on details.
Jobs move from memory.
Invoices wait until the day slows down.
The shop is moving.
The work needs one clear place to move with it.
That is where FieldFlow helps.
Call to estimate. Estimate to schedule. Job to invoice. Invoice to payment.

THE FIELDFLOW SYSTEM
One clear way to move the work from first call to payment.

No bloated platform. No busywork. Just one simple system to keep the day under control.
Who it’s for
Built for Wyoming service shops doing real work:
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
Roofing, painting, and well service
Landscaping, maintenance, and repair
Owner-led shops running from the truck, office, and field
FieldFlow fits the shop that is growing, getting busier, and has enough moving parts that the next step needs to be clear.

Example FieldFlow layout. Final boards are tailored to each shop.
A REAL DAY WITH FIELDFLOW
The call comes in.
The work gets captured.
The next step is assigned.
The owner sees what is moving.
The office knows what is waiting.
The crew knows where to go and what to do next.
FieldFlow shows what needs attention, not just what exists.
What you get in 10 days

You’re live in 10 days, not 10 weeks.
One working place to see what came in and what needs to happen next.
What This Isn't
Not another app.
Not another CRM.
Not another login your crew ignores.
FieldFlow is a focused operating system installed around how your shop already works.
Calls. Quotes. Jobs. Invoices. Payments.
Trades-first. Done-for-you. Built to be used.
How it works
FieldFlow is installed in a straight 10-day process, so your shop can start using the core operating flow without a long rollout.

Third-party tools: only if needed, billed directly by the provider.

built from both worlds
I’ve spent time in and around local trades, and much of my career has been helping larger operations clean up how work moves.
Less waste. Better visibility. Stronger follow-through.
FieldFlow is built and installed by me, Colby Powers. I work directly with local trades owners to make the work easier to see, move, and follow through.
It brings practical operating discipline to local service shops while respecting how real work actually gets done.
It’s for the kind of work I respect: homes getting built, problems getting fixed, equipment running, and local shops keeping communities moving.

Founder-led install.
Direct owner support.
FAQ
Why the $2500 setup fee?
Because FieldFlow is installed for your shop, not just handed over as software. We map the work, build the boards, set up the flow, and walk through the handoff.
What does the $500/month cover?
It covers support, upkeep, and standard adjustments that keep your FieldFlow setup working as the shop changes.
What happens during the Workflow review?
We'll walk through how work moves through your shop, from first call to paid job. I'll point out one or two opportunities to improve visibility and reduce wasted motion. If FieldFlow is a good fit, I'll explain what the install would look like. If not, you'll still leave with something useful.
What if I already use another system?
If it's working for you, keep it. FieldFlow is designed to fit around how your shop already works. If your current tools make work harder to see or harder to move, FieldFlow helps bring everything together into a clearer operating flow.
Do my crew members need to learn complicated software?
No. The Crew Board is built for field use: where to go, who to call, what to do, what to update.
Is this AI?
No. FieldFlow does not depend on AI to run. It is a human-built operating system with clear workflows, useful boards, and practical automation where it helps.
Is this a fit for every shop?
No. FieldFlow is best for small trades shops that want less wasted motion, better visibility, and a clearer way to move work from first call to paid job.
How fast can we be live?
FieldFlow is installed in 10 days once we have the basics: your current process, lead sources, job types, and the tools you already use.
